How to purchase order:


     In this situation firstly we go to peach tree account and then we select the tasks menu and show this image.


After this selection we can see the next image




When the window is open then we have the following information
1-    Firstly we write the vendor i.d and then we have an existing vendor then we go to look a button.
2-    We write the date
3-    Then we write the date in goods thru.
4-    Next we write the purchase order (PO).
5-    We are entering the shipping address.
6-    Next we write the name address etc.
7-    In last we can write the some other item

How to maintain assembly inventory:



In this process firstly we go to the peach tree accounting and then e=we select the task memos and then we select the sub point of assemblies inventory.





After this process we checking the assemblies and then have further point which we fill this assemblies form.

·       Name
·       Reference
·       Date    

After this process we fill the quantity item and any other things.

In this credit memos firstly we go the Peach tree account and then we select the option task and then we select the sub option of task is credit memos we select. 


After we select the credit memos we see the sreen which shows the main id like

Inventory Items - peach tree


first we open the inventory items window by clicking on maintain tab


we give item ID,description,last unit cost,stocking unit and account types

for stock we select stock item and for finished good we select assembly

when we select assembly for finished goods then we click on bill of material and give the list of materials that used in finished goods and their quantity

                 firstly how to maintain the vendor prospects and we open to maintain the vendor prospects in the first step we open the peach-tree account and press the maintain option after that vendor option  will appear to maintain option to vendor selection.


following window will b appearing after selecting the vendor general.
             
In purchase default following window will appear. In this window the system will require to purchase account to make sure that inventory account will maintain. 
   
Next in the customer field it is changeable field.it can b changed through vendor defaults. It can b customized through vendor default information.

after that the next option is history in this head all perivious cash sales inventory etc. will show related to vendor

Default income customer


DEFAULT INCOME CUSTOMER
First we make the customer default income customer and we select the information from the maintain and then we select the customer
Then we select the button of customer and the next point is customer defaults. After clicking the customer button then the new option is customer defaults.


Prepaid discounts in the number of days in the due of next month and due of in the end for example 2/10.n30.it means the 2percent discount in the 30 days for the whole month. Now we select the next button account aging

Aging categories

The second option is account aging in this Col um will up in aging categories in   1st step colum 30 days and so on and the next is customer field



Customer field can be used for the extra information above the customer used in this label field.





Finance charges


In the next step the finance charges in this different types of Colum are held in this days of few colum.over days are required and annual interest and maintain the finance charges.

Firstly  we open a Peachtree account and after that we open a existing company and then we click the button and select the chart of account. 
After that we click the button of chart of account”anD then we click the next button

In this process we select the account number and we see the description which is cash in bank and the account type is cash. Now we select the next button

Peachtree - Accounting Software - Setup of Company


Setup of a Company

After the start of the program the following screen will appear. To establish a new company click “Set up a new company” option and follow the next instructions.



Following introductory screen will appear to guide you the rest of the process.



Now by clicking next you have to type the company information such as name, address, Telephone no., business type etc.



Again by clicking next you can chose among several methods to setup the charts of accounts. Here you can chose charts of accounts already developed by the software of many sample companies, or you can copy charts of accounts from existing Peachtree company or another accounting software compatible with Peachtree or you can build your own charts of accounts.



The next step will be to chose “Accounting Method”. There are two accounting method Cash and Accrual. Accrual method is usually followed, where we accrue expense and income weather paid or received or not.


Next phase will be to chose the “Posting Method”. By selecting the Real Time posting method the transactions are posted to the General Ledger as they are entered and saved. While in Batch, transactions are saved by the program and then posted in a group. This allows you to print and reconcile the transaction and then to save.



Then in the next phase you have to select the accounting period. Normal accounting period is 12 month accounting period.


In the next step, you have to chose the month when the accounting period will start and the month when first time the transaction will recorded

By clicking next “Congratulation” screen appear and by clicking Finish the company set up completes.

how to open a file in word


Opening Microsoft Word Documents
We'll shortly add an address to the top of our Library Complaint letter. Before we do that, we'll learn how to open a file. After all, you might have closed down Microsoft Word, or your computer might have crashed. The result being that you no longer have your library letter loaded into Word. So here's how to Open a file you have saved, and want to work on again.
From the File menu, click Open:

The Open dialogue box appears, and looks like the image below:

The Open dialogue box looks very similar to the Save As dialogue box. "Save in", "File name", and "Files of type" work in exactly the same way as the Save As dialogue box. Notice, though that the File name text box is blank, and the Open button is not available. It has been greyed out.
The reason that the Open button is greyed out, and therefore not available, is that text box is empty. Once you select a file, the Open button will be ready for us.
But the text box is empty because no file has been selected. A file is selected from the larger white area in the middle. Clicking on the file once with the left hand mouse button will select a file. In the previous image, there was only one file available for selection - a document called "rrKeyCaps.doc". That is not the one we want.
To locate the file we want, we need to open the folder called "My WP Projects". Because that's where we saved it. You can see from the image that this folder is in the list of folders, just below the folder called My Pictures:

You can see also that we are in the folder called My Documents. To open up the folder we want, simply double click it. This will take us inside the My WP Projects:

The whole Open dialogue box now looks like this:

The file we want, Library Letter, has been clicked on. As a result, the Open button is no longer greyed out. We can go ahead and click it. When we do, our letter will open in Microsoft Word.
To recap then on how to open a file. Do the following
· Navigate to the folder where the file was saved
· Click on the file to select it
· Click the Open button
OK, now that you know how to Open a file, we can start adding the address to our letter.
